Unicorn Engineers have sufficient experience to design and supply custom built Agitator Seals for Agitators, Mixers, Reactors etc. Agitator Seals are very delicate due to low rpm and dry running properties of equipment. Very high accuracy and precision is needed for installation of mechanical seals. Our team of Engineers is expert in handling such critical installation 
These Seals can be designed in the following configuration.

  1. Single Dry Seal without Cartridge.

  2. Single Seal with Cartridge.

  3. Double Mechanical Seal with Cartridge.

Our Agitator Seals are inherently balanced to take care of high pressures.We also offer Agitator Seals Jacketed Cartridge for high temperature services.

We are quite expert in repairing of old Agitator Seals at a very nominal cost and also supply spares of Agitator Seals as per drawing or sample.
   
 
  

THRMOSYPHONE SYSTEM
These systems are also fabricated as per requirement.
Thermosyphone system are used for circulation of barrier fluids in the cartridge assembly & work on Thermosyphone principle. 

Thermosyphone Systems are used for

  1. Lubricating and Cooling the Sealing arrangement.
  2. Absorbing Leakage.
  3. Monitoring Leakage.
  4. Prevent Icing and Dry Running
