Mating Ring is very important part of mechanical seal. Mating Rings are stationary in nature and fixed in Gland Plate . Since it is non-moving part, great care should be taken while fixing so that it should ensure proper life forever.

There are different materials for stationary seats. We normal use Carbon, Tungsten Carbide, Silicon Carbide, Stellite, Ceramic etc. as standard materials.

Mating rings are available in different style depending on the service requirement. We as a standard offer Mating Ring in DA, L, T, H style. Mating Rings are provided with 'O' rings, flat packing or 'M' type of packing usually. Material of packing depends on application but normally we provide Viton, PTFE or Graphite packing.

We can design other type of Mating Rings also depending on requirement.
