These are  very commonly used Mechanical Seals for most of the fluids. Due to Multi-Spring design, uniform force over the faces enhance it's life. UE - RO and UE-500 Class Seals can be used  on all kind of  clear and non-corrosive liquids. These Seals can be offered in Balance and Unbalance configuration. Viton or PTFE are used as a secondary packings.

These Seals are also available in Balance design to suit high pressure applications. In Balance Seal, hydraulic forces are used to overload the faces. Most of the components are interchangeable in case of Balance and Unbalance seals

Double Mechanical Seals

Double seals are used for toxic, volatile, hazardous and costly liquids in extreme limits of single seal. These seals are combination of two seals in different configurations.These seals further classified in following categories:

1)Back to Back Double Seal where 2 seals are installed back to back .

2)Face to Face Double Seal where 2 seals are installed facing each other.

3)Tendem Double Seals where 2 seals are installed in series  .
