These Seals are single spring in design to take care of contaminated liquids. Due to it's open coil spring it is used for non clogging  and self cleaning operations. 

These Seals have low starting torque and suitable for heavy liquids. With sturdy and long spring it can take care of thermal expansion, vibration, axial play and misalignment of shaft to certain extent. These mechanical are available with viton or PTFE secondary packings.
These seals can can be offered in Balance design for high pressure application. UE ARO Series Seals are inherently having positive lug drive for bi-directional uses.

UE 1500 series seals can also be offered in positive lug drive design. These Mechanical Seals are very simple in design & quite easy in installation due to availability of more length for compression.
